Finally.... a few pictures!!!

Oh bless us, looking like that in London (during our 12 hour layover here), haha, but it was so much fun!

At the London airport, during what seemed like ENDLESS travel. oh, and people sit on bushes here. ?? Haha!

The guest house that we (the girls) are staying in on Seminary in Maputo.

our precious babies :)
(top row: Maria & Maria. bottom row, left to right: Selena, Victoria, Jo Onnah)

more SWEET kids at seminary (notice the 5 year old next to me toting her baby sister around while the mom was doing other things- this is how they all carry babies here!)

In one of our van/bus/car rides to church! LOVE them.
he's so sweet.... they all are!
chickens!! dinner?? probably.

playing with some of the kids again :)

This took FOREVER to load... so it may be the only pictures for a while.. but I am glad to have a few to show you guys. When I get up extra early again one day in the future I may post more. Yesterday was a great day in town, and today will be a busy one! We will be filling in for Mama Rhoda in her English class today, then packaging prescriptions, filling children sponsorship registration forms, etc. It will be a good and productive day. I will talk to you all soon.

Love Always, Allyson

Allyson-the pics are fabulous! It looks like you are having a great time. I am so jealous! We pray for you and your team everyday! I was at camp all last week, so I am just now catching up on all your blogs from then.
It sounds like you are working with amazing missionaries that are doing what they can to make ease some of the homesickness. I pray that your stomach will start to make the transition a little better. I really do understand the pain and discomfort of having trouble with the food, but needing to eat to not be culturally offensive.
I am praying for your heart today-that God will give you peace and joy to replace some of the pain from being so far away from the ones you love and the special one you love!
Not sure if you have music access through ipod or anything but we had a lot of praise and worship music that would help us when days were difficult. In the chorus Blessed Be Your Name there is one line that would stick out to me on those harder days. It says "though there is pain in the offering, blessed be your name". Overall I know you are having the absolute time of your life, especially getting to love on all those precious children, but I also know it is hard. It is tough, but you are there to Bless His Name, and I know that is just what you are doing!
We love you and are so incredibly proud of you!
